About the Role
Reditus Space is looking for a Ground Station Infrastructure Intern to build and optimize cloud-based ground systems for the ENOS mission. This role bridges data systems engineering, software development, and space operations — ideal for candidates excited about deploying scalable infrastructure to support real-time satellite communications and telemetry analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting satellite ground operations
• Build data pipelines to ingest, process, and store telemetry and payload data
• Design mission databases and implement real-time data visualization dashboards
• Support the development of spacecraft command and control interfaces
• Automate telemetry monitoring, alerting, and anomaly detection systems
• Integrate satellite communication protocols into backend systems
• Optimize infrastructure for resilience, scalability, and cost-efficiency

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch)
• Familiar with modern web development frameworks and REST API integration
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, time-series data processing, and data visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus)
• Bonus: familiarity with satellite ground systems, contact scheduling, or CCSDS protocols
