We just closed $1M in NEW ARR last month and are about to grow from 15 → 30+ teammates by the end of the year. You’ll be joining right before a period of rapid scaling. You’ll have massive ownership over building the systems, processes, and operational backbone that allow us to scale without breaking. You’ll work directly with the founders, partner with enterprise customers like LinkedIn, Monday.com, Autodesk, Vanta, Tipalti, and G2, and help us scale at lightning speed. You’ll be operating from day 1, and we expect you to hit the ground running.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can build a modern, measurable, full-funnel growth engine.
On the demand gen side, you’ll own Google and LinkedIn ads, SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), our blog, and our website. You will shape how prospects discover us, learn about our space, and first interact with our team.
On the customer marketing side, we are building a unique customer advocacy journey that operates closely alongside our demand gen funnel. You will own customer stories, advocacy programs, communities, referral loops, and customer lifecycle touchpoints that turn customers into fans and advocates.
