We just closed $1M in NEW ARR last month and are about to grow from 15 → 30+ teammates by the end of the year. You’ll be joining right before a period of rapid scaling. You’ll have massive ownership over building the systems, processes, and operational backbone that allow us to scale without breaking. You’ll work directly with the founders, partner with enterprise customers like LinkedIn, Monday.com, Autodesk, Vanta, Tipalti, and G2, and help us scale at lightning speed. You’ll be operating from day 1, and we expect you to hit the ground running.

At Hyperbound (YC S23), we’re building the AI Sales Performance OS, a new category of sales-tech that helps enterprise sales teams practice, measure, and scale top-performer behaviors.
2025 has already been a breakout year: we’ve doubled headcount, raised a $15M Series A led by Peak XV. We’re winning 90%+ of competitive deals, even at nearly 2x competitor price points, and sales reps who started mid year have already reached their annual quotas.
Both our current AEs, ☠️ Belal Batrawy and Isaac Hong have SURPASSED quota with a quarter still left in the fiscal year. They've both had $1M months and they're closing the biggest logos of their careers, hitting accelerators and making tens of thousands of dollars in bonuses.

Initial Behavioral Call (30 mins)
We will have an initial behavior call with the Founder & CEO, Sriharsha Guduguntla.
TAKE HOME ASSESSMENT: Discovery Call Breakdown, Account Plan, and AI-Powered Mock Discovery Call Roleplay
You will be sent a real-life discovery call recording that we will ask you to listen to, break down, and prepare an account plan for.
You will be asked to perform a mock discovery call with our AI roleplay bots on hyperbound.ai (aka use our product).
Post-Assessment Review Call (30 mins)
Review the assessment with Isaac Hong and Belal Batrawy (our Founding AEs), and Sriharsha (Founder).
On-Site Final Interview (1 hour)
Come out to our SF office for a final interview with the whole team including all co-founders and GTM team.
We leverage the latest, cutting edge Voice AI tech to simulate real world sales conversations to help sales reps practice their skills. Our conversation latency is < 800ms.
We conduct thorough post-AI analysis of the conversations that are deeply customized by our clients. We've also built an AI coach that understand's our clients' businesses and recommends feedback.
Tech stack involved a FastAPI (Python) and a NestJS (TypeScript) backend with PostgreSQL, AWS, and Azure Cloud Infra. Frontend is made with React Next.js.
