About the Role

We need a high-energy operator who thrives on building genuine connections and creating systems that scale. As our Content & Creator Partnerships Lead, you'll own our entire creator ecosystem—from initial outreach to published content. This role is perfect for someone who gets energized by turning cold emails into warm partnerships and has the organizational skills to keep multiple relationships and projects moving forward seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

  • Partnership Development (Primary Focus): Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with creators, influencers, and technical writers. Your personalized outreach will turn prospects into enthusiastic partners.
  • Creator Relationship Management: Maintain and grow our network through consistent engagement. Build our CRM processes to track conversations, content pipelines, and partnership health.
  • Content Operations: Orchestrate our content calendar, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You're the air traffic controller keeping content moving from ideation to publication.
  • Content Quality Control: Polish blog posts and tutorials to ensure they're clear, engaging, and helpful for developers. Work with MDX files and GitHub Desktop to publish content.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our CMO and broader marketing team to align content with our growth goals.
