Firecrawl is the easiest way to extract data from the web. Developers use us to reliably convert URLs into LLM-ready markdown or structured data with a single API call. We crossed 19k GitHub stars in just 6 months and have had paying customers since day one.

Previously, we built Mendable, one of the first commercially available “chat with your data” applications. We sold to companies like MongoDB, Coinbase, Snapchat, and more. To do this, we spent a surprising amount of time building reliable infrastructure for getting clean data from the web. When we started to see our founding friends rebuilding the same thing, we thought we might be on to something.

About the role

Firecrawl is the easiest way for developers to gather LLM-ready data from the web. As we scale our marketing engine and build out our influencer network, we're looking for a high-energy, technically sharp Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This is the perfect role for someone who lives and breathes automation, can wrangle groups of creators, and ships fast without breaking a sweat. You'll be the operational backbone that keeps our marketing machine humming.

What you'll do:

  • Automation Engineering: Build and deploy marketing workflows using n8n, Zapier, and Gumloop. Turn manual tasks into automated systems that run while you sleep.
  • Influencer Management: Recruit, coordinate, and manage groups of influencers. Keep posting schedules on track, manage contracts, and ensure everyone hits their marks.
  • Content Operations: Build systems to automate content distribution, scheduling, and performance tracking across platforms.
  • CMO Support: Jump in on strategic projects, research, competitive analysis, and whatever else needs to get done to move the business forward.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our marketing operations and build automated solutions to eliminate them.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Automation Expert: You live in n8n, Zapier, Gumloop, and similar tools. Building workflows to automate manual tasks is second nature to you.
  • High Agency: You see what needs to be done and do it. No hand-holding required. Sales reps or founders who know how to hustle are perfect for this.
  • Technical Chops: You're comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and can debug when things break. You don't need to be a developer, but you speak the language.
  • People Management: You can keep influencers organized, motivated, and on schedule without being pushy or annoying.
  • Fast Execution: You ship quickly, iterate based on results, and don't get stuck in analysis paralysis.

You'll stand out if you:

  • Have experience managing influencer campaigns or creator networks at scale.
  • Have built complex automation workflows that saved significant time or increased efficiency.
  • Come from a sales or founder background and understand how to manage relationships and hit targets.
  • Have been an influencer or content creator yourself and understand the creator economy from the inside.
  • Have strong SEO knowledge and understand how to optimize content for search and discovery.
  • Have worked at a fast-moving startup where you wore multiple hats and figured things out on the fly.
  • Are obsessed with optimization and finding ways to do more with less effort.
