What You’ll Do

• Own AI Agent Strategy: Evaluate, implement, and orchestrate AI agents across the company. Build rigorous testing frameworks that separate demos from production-ready tools.
• Build the Infrastructure: Design systems that let engineers command AI armies without the babysitting. Make AI agents reliable coworkers.
• Hunt the Builders: Find and vet the best agent builders on earth—from Cognition Labs to indie hackers.
• Ship Pragmatic Solutions: Build toward a future where scaled AI agents create massive leverage, while navigating today's limitations. 10x engineers with AI tools? That's the goal.

Who You Are

• Battle-Tested: You've built with LLMs and pushed them to their limits
• Technical: Expert at "vibe coding"—knows when to use agents/LLMs vs diving into code. Fluent with Claude Code, Grok, Devin, Cursor
• Curious + Pragmatic: When faced with challenges, you don't declare what AI can or can't do. You say "I wonder if AI can do this" and design rapid tests to find out
• Builder: You've shipped AI that real users touched
