We need our first data hire to engineer the customer context system that will be the central nervous system for automating everything from product development to closing deals.
What you'll do:
- Build the Customer Brain: Engineer the system that aggregates all customer data and feeds context to AI agents across product, growth, and sales
- PostgreSQL Mastery: Design schemas, optimize queries, make databases fly
- Automation Everything: N8N workflows, API integrations, LLM-powered analysis pipelines
- Cross-Team Impact: Jump between product analytics, growth metrics, and revenue insights
- AI-First Infrastructure: Build the data foundation that powers autonomous decision-making
