About the Role:

We're seeking an exceptional Social Media Manager who doesn't just post content—they create movements. You'll be the architect of Cyble's social presence, turning cybersecurity insights into viral sensations and building a community that can't stop talking about us.

This isn't your typical social media role. We want someone who understands that great content doesn't just inform—it ignites conversations, drives engagement, and makes complex cybersecurity topics accessible and shareable.

What You'll Do:

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop and execute social media strategies that consistently drive viral engagement across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Transform complex cybersecurity concepts into compelling, shareable content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Create original content including graphics, videos, infographics, and interactive posts that stop the scroll
• Lead viral campaign ideation and execution, turning cybersecurity news and trends into conversation starters

Community Building & Engagement

• Build and nurture an engaged community of cybersecurity professionals, business leaders, and tech enthusiasts
• Monitor social conversations about Cyble and the cybersecurity industry, jumping into discussions strategically
• Collaborate with industry influencers, thought leaders, and brand ambassadors to amplify reach
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions with wit, expertise, and brand personality

Analytics & Optimization

• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance with a focus on viral metrics, engagement rates, and community growth
• A/B test content formats, posting times, and messaging to optimize for maximum reach and engagement
• Use social listening tools to identify trending topics and conversation opportunities
• Continuously refine strategy based on performance data and platform algorithm changes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the content marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure social media amplifies broader marketing initiatives
• Partner with leadership to position executives as thought leaders in cybersecurity
• Support product launches, webinars, and events with targeted social campaigns
• Coordinate with PR team to leverage media coverage and company announcements

What You’ll Need:

Essential Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience with proven track record of viral content creation
• Portfolio demonstrating successful viral campaigns, significant follower growth, and high engagement rates
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trending formats, and emerging social media trends
• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, cybersecurity, or related industries
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.), design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics platforms
