About Position Overview:

Cyble is looking for a skilled Node.js Developer experienced in building scalable and secure backend applications using NestJS and Express.js. You’ll be responsible for delivering robust APIs and backend logic for our cybersecurity intelligence platform. Experience with messaging systems, databases, and containerization is highly desirable.

What You’ll DO:

· Design and build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using NestJS and Express.

· Develop secure, performant backend services handling large-scale data.

· Integrate with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Scylla.

· Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and data teams to deliver full-stack features.

· Write modular, testable, and maintainable code.

· Build and manage microservices and background workers.

· Use Docker and Kubernetes for development, testing, and deployment.

· Maintain code quality with unit and integration testing (Jest, SuperTest, etc).

· Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

· Continuously improve architecture and suggest optimizations.

What You’’ Require:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

· 3+ years of experience building backend applications with Node.js.

· Proficiency in NestJS (preferred) and Express.js frameworks.

· Deep understanding of event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka).

· Strong knowledge of SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Redis, Scylla, etc.) databases.

· Familiarity with cloud-native development, CI/CD, and container tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

· Ability to handle security considerations and implement secure APIs.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

· Passion for clean code, testing, and software design principles.
