About the Role:

As a Golang Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex software systems, with a focus on security and network-related products. You will leverage your expertise in building scalable solutions and your extensive experience with technologies such as Kafka, Postgres, Redis, Scylla, and Elasticsearch to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Golang applications.
• Implement concurrency patterns using Goroutines, channels, and wait groups for optimal performance.
• Work with Gin Gonic and Cobra frameworks for web APIs and CLI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and architecture.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Go code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality, security, and best coding standards.
• Work with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis) and implement efficient querying and indexing strategies.
• Develop and maintain unit tests for robustness and reliability.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, orchestration, and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Golang, cloud technologies, and best coding practices.

What You’ll Require:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Go (Golang) development, building robust and efficient backend systems.
• Extensive experience building security and network-related products is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Postgres, Redis, Scylla, Elasticsearch, and other relevant technologies.
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the Go Lang community are a plus.
