Role: Regional Sales Manager – South India
We need a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in South India. This role
is critical to driving growth and establishing a strong presence in the region, ensuring that our
market penetration aligns with our strategic goals.
The Regional Sales Manager will play a vital role in identifying and capitalizing on new business
opportunities. By focusing on the unique needs and dynamics of the South Indian market, they
will help us tailor our sales strategies and offerings to better serve local clients and enhance
customer satisfaction.
What You’ll DO:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base across the South India region.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders in the cybersecurity industry.
Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs, and ensuring alignment with Cyble’s global sales strategies.
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and how Cyble’s solutions can address their cybersecurity challenges.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and evolving cyber threats to inform sales strategies and product development.
Collaboration: Work closely with Cyble’s product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, managing the sales pipeline efficiently and ensuring robust forecast accuracy
