We’re on the frontier of building an AI-native professional services company. We’re building the best AI commercial insurance distribution engine for scale.
36 million businesses in America need insurance—it’s not optional. 77% are underinsured. 40% have no coverage at all. Over 90% of the industry is still human-led.
We’re building the inverse: 90%+ AI-led, inching toward the higher 90s. Not by automating tasks, but by capturing the decision traces—the exceptions, precedents, and cross-system context—that let AI make the same judgment calls humans do.
Every industry with human-bounded distribution consolidates rapidly once someone makes it computational. Search had thousands of engines until Google made ranking computational. Ride-hailing was fragmented until Uber made dispatch computational.
When distribution becomes computational, Jevons Paradox kicks in: increased efficiency leads to increased consumption. Better search didn't mean less searching—it meant vastly more. Cheaper rides didn't mean fewer trips—it meant transportation for use cases that never existed.
Insurance will follow the same pattern. When getting the right coverage becomes fast and frictionless, the 77% of underinsured businesses will finally get properly protected. The market expands, not contracts.
We're building the engine that makes that happen. But computational distribution needs fuel—qualified demand, fed efficiently and at scale into a sales floor that converts.
You'll own the paid growth machine that feeds Harper's revenue. Not "supporting" marketing—running the system that turns spend into bound policies.
This is a numbers, systems, and scale role. You'll manage paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and lead-bidding marketplaces while working closely with sales and engineering to optimize the full funnel from click to bind. You'll see how leads convert in real time and continuously refine campaigns based on what actually closes.
We're looking for someone who thinks in CAC, conversion rates, and throughput. You'll work directly with the founders. There's no committee. No approval chain. You run it, you measure it, you own the outcome.
Own paid acquisition. Manage and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, and lead bidding marketplaces. Develop vertical-specific acquisition strategies for construction, med spas, manufacturing, and new segments. Control budget allocation with a focus on CAC, conversion, and throughput.
Optimize the full funnel. Work on landing pages, messaging, and conversion flows. Track performance from click to quote to bind. Partner with sales to understand lead quality and adjust targeting in real time—not next quarter, today.
Experiment relentlessly. Launch A/B tests across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Identify scalable channels and kill underperformers quickly. Build playbooks for new vertical launches that become company assets.
Automate everything. Work with engineering to automate bidding, pacing, attribution, and reporting. Use AI tools to generate and test creative at scale. Build systems that allow performance marketing to run continuously and efficiently—even when you're asleep.
You think in numbers. CAC, conversion rates, throughput, payback periods—these aren't metrics you check, they're how you see the world. You can't look at a campaign without calculating unit economics in your head.
You've scaled paid acquisition. 5+ years managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns with meaningful budgets. You've run lead-based acquisition funnels for B2B, SMB, or high-consideration products—and you've been accountable to pipeline, not just clicks.
You're full-funnel by instinct. You don't just drive traffic and hope. You obsess over landing pages, conversion flows, and what happens after the lead comes in. You want the feedback loop from sales, not to avoid it.
You ship fast and kill fast. You launch experiments constantly and cut what doesn't work without sentiment. You'd rather test ten things this week than perfect one thing this month.
You build systems, not just campaigns. You've automated bidding, reporting, or creative generation. You think about how to make the machine run itself so you can focus on what's next.

We're building a vertically integrated AI platform that connects go-to-market, sales operations, customer service, and retention under one architectural roof. That integration creates compounding through feedback loops—every interaction makes the system smarter. Thousands of businesses already trust us.
If you want to own the paid engine that feeds a machine that's never existed, see your work convert in real time on a live sales floor, and move with people who show up with the same intensity every day—send your resume and tell us about a channel you've scaled.
We're a championship-minded team. We push each other. We move fast. We care about craft. If that sounds like where you belong, let's talk.
