About Greenlite

We work in-person at our San Francisco office five days a week, believing the best ideas and fastest learning happen through side-by-side collaboration. We challenge each other daily and build innovative products together.

Greenlite builds AI agents that help financial services companies manage risk and compliance and fight financial crime. We serve major clients like Ramp, Mercury, and other major U.S. financial institutions, helping them grow while maintaining financial system integrity. Backed by Greylock, Y Combinator, and Thomson Reuters, we're among the fastest-growing AI companies globally.

We value people who:

Take action quickly, learning by doing rather than seeking perfection

Think boldly to reimagine financial services

Deeply understand customer needs to build elegant solutions

Show potential and continuous growth, not just experience

We've brought together exceptional builders from Palantir, SpaceX, Stripe, Airbnb, Meta, Uber, and Databricks to tackle financial system challenges. Our AI agents fight financial crime by automating suspicious activity investigations, entity due diligence, and regulatory reporting, helping banks and fintechs protect the integrity of the global financial system.

Our team combines technical excellence with practical problem-solving, low-ego collaboration, relentless curiosity, and autonomous work. We're seeking diverse perspectives that elevate our collective capabilities. Greenlite is an equal opportunity employer welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.

About the role

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytically-minded person to join our AI Operations team. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of ensuring our AI agents are performant for banks and fintechs fighting financial crime at scale.

This is a rare opportunity to learn how cutting-edge AI systems work in production while making a real impact on global financial security. You'll gain hands-on experience with AI monitoring, quality assurance, and customer deployments—skills that are increasingly critical as AI transforms every industry.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct quality reviews of our AI agents to ensure they meet the highest standards for compliance teams

  • Test new features and custom logic before they go live for customers

  • Analyze case data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement

  • Work directly with engineering teams to understand and measure the impact of system changes

  • Learn state-of-the-art AI monitoring techniques including performance drift detection, human scoring pipelines, and dataset preparation

  • Support our largest customers by providing operational insights and recommendations

What success looks like:

  • Month 1: Master our AI platform and learn complex compliance workflows. Shadow experienced team members and begin conducting your first case reviews.

  • Month 2: Take ownership of operational support for major customer deployments. Conduct detailed quality assessments and partner with engineering to improve system performance.

  • Ongoing: Become the go-to expert for AI operations, conducting critical reviews that directly shape product development and customer success.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience or equivalent internship experience

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to review complex information and identify patterns or issues

  • Comfortable learning new technical systems independently

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment where you'll wear multiple hats

Bonus Points:

  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, or regulated industries

  • Experience working at a fast paced startup

  • Familiarity with coding/scripting (can make a dashboard, write SQL queries, quick scripts)

  • Customer-facing experience in any capacity

  • Genuine interest in AI/ML systems and how they're deployed in the real world

About You

You're someone who loves digging into details and understanding how systems work. You're not satisfied with surface-level answers—you want to know why something happened and how to make it better. You're eager to learn from experienced professionals and aren't afraid to ask questions. Most importantly, you're excited about being an early team member at a mission-driven company where your work directly contributes to combating financial crimes such as terrorism financing and human trafficking.

Compensation & Benefits

  • In-person collaboration in our SF office (Monday-Friday)

  • $90k - $105k + equity

  • Comprehensive healthcare, 401k matching, commuter benefits

  • 15 days PTO + holidays, unlimited sick days

  • Flexible leave options

  • Working late? We've got you covered with DoorDash and an Uber home

Join us in building AI that protects the global financial system from financial crimes that fund terrorism, human trafficking, and other serious threats.
