As a Platform Engineer at Greenlite, you'll build core infrastructure and services that power our AI Agents. You'll focus on creating scalable, reusable systems that enable rapid development across our product suite. Your work will ensure our AI agents are reliable, secure, and performant.

You'll work on:

• Building a regulated platform for AI agents: At Greenlite, we see AI agent development as the next chapter of software evolution — one that demands new tools, architectures, and processes. You'll be at the cutting edge, helping define this new era.

• Scaling alongside rapid growth: We're growing quickly, partnering with enterprise customers across the financial ecosystem. You'll help ensure our infrastructure, tooling, and development practices scale smoothly to meet increasing demands.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, with focus on backend/infrastructure

• Strong expertise in distributed systems, APIs, and system architecture

• Experience building secure, scalable systems for enterprise environments

• Experience with AI/ML systems deployment is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal direction

• Excellent communication skills, especially for technical concepts

We compensate employees based on their skills, experience, and qualifications. The salary range for this role is $130k - $230k annually + equity.
