We work in-person at our San Francisco office five days a week, believing the best ideas and fastest learning happen through side-by-side collaboration. We challenge each other daily and build innovative products together.
Greenlite builds AI agents that help financial services companies manage risk and compliance and fight financial crime. We serve major clients like Ramp, Mercury, and other major U.S. financial institutions, helping them grow while maintaining financial system integrity. Backed by Greylock, Y Combinator, and Thomson Reuters, we're among the fastest-growing AI companies globally.
We value people who:
Take action quickly, learning by doing rather than seeking perfection
Think boldly to reimagine financial services
Deeply understand customer needs to build elegant solutions
Show potential and continuous growth, not just experience
We've brought together exceptional builders from Palantir, SpaceX, Stripe, Airbnb, Meta, Uber, and Databricks to tackle financial system challenges. Our AI agents fight financial crime by automating suspicious activity investigations, entity due diligence, and regulatory reporting, helping banks and fintechs protect the integrity of the global financial system.
Our team combines technical excellence with practical problem-solving, low-ego collaboration, relentless curiosity, and autonomous work. We're seeking diverse perspectives that elevate our collective capabilities. Greenlite is an equal opportunity employer welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Greenlite, you'll be the critical link between our customers and our product, driving real-world impact through our AI solutions. You'll go beyond implementation to become a trusted advisor who understands the underlying compliance challenges financial institutions face. Rather than simply deploying technology, you'll partner with customers to discover, frame, and solve their most pressing problems using our AI agents.
Uncover and solve core customer challenges. Go beyond surface-level feature requests to deeply understand customer needs, identify root problems, and design AI agent implementations that deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Deploy and integrate Greenlite’s AI agents for maximum impact. Implement, configure, and build strategic integrations within customer environments to unlock the full value of our platform, ensuring seamless alignment with their systems and goals.
Bridge product and go-to-market. Partner closely with product engineering teams to bring customer insights back into the roadmap, advocate for customer needs, and drive adoption by delivering solutions that achieve measurable, high-impact results.
3+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrable product thinking
Strong technical skills with the ability to implement, integrate, and customize solutions
Exceptional customer empathy and the ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with complex enterprise systems and APIs
Excellent communication skills - you can explain complex technical concepts to business users and translate business needs to our product team
Critical thinking skills to challenge assumptions and get to the root of customer problems
Experience with financial services or compliance technologies is a plus
We’re not looking for someone who only ships code. We’re looking for a true problem solver — someone who can navigate the nuances, help customers surface and articulate their underlying challenges, and design solutions that transform how they operate.
You’ll join a team that’s redefining how financial institutions manage regulation, using AI to handle mission-critical workflows without compromise on regulatory standards. Your work will have a direct, measurable impact on our customers’ ability to scale, reduce risk, and refocus their teams on higher-value, strategic activities. If you’re excited about blending technical excellence with product thinking, customer empathy, and a passion for solving hard problems in financial compliance, we’d love to hear from you.
