There are billions of calls made every day which will soon be handled by AI. Today 70% of business customer support calls are outsourced to call centers and contact centers. These call centers are looking for a solution that they can build simulate, and deploy voice agents all in one platform. We are building this.

Through YC we grew at 22% week over week and went through demo day with the some of the top revenue in the batch. We already work with the largest contact centers in the world and are looking for people that want to build the future of AI phone support together.

About the role

At some point in the future, every business will answer their phone with voice AI. We are making sure that when they build that AI agent, the experience of doing so doesn’t suck.

We’re growing incredibly fast and need someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment to work side-by-side with the CEO and leadership team. This may be one of the most important roles in the company and is critical in helping us move faster, stay organized, and execute at the highest level.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, driven, and fun to work with. You’ll be working directly with me (Will) the CEO, disclaimer, I’m a bit extreme… as an example I’ve set 2 world records, bicycled across the entire US in 17 days, lived in a vehicle for over a year and a half before a PhD, and starting Phonely, one of the fastest growing startups out of the YC S24 batch. What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with the CEO to manage priorities, projects, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate meetings, jump into sales calls, customer issues, or whatever needs to be done
  • Own internal processes: meeting prep, follow-ups, reporting, and accountability.
  • Serve as a thought partner, sounding board, and execution arm for the leadership team.
  • Organize fundraising, calendars, build presentations etc.
  • Keep the team organized, motivated, and focused on what matters most.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business operations or Chief of Staff role preferred
  • Experience with building pitch materials,
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • High energy, hard-working, and comfortable in a hectic, startup environment.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fun to work with and a believer in hard work
  • Bonus: Ex-athlete/ competitor, especially in endurance sports (running, cycling, swimming, triathlon, rowing, etc. surfing?)
