Every day, billions of phone calls are made to businesses. AI will soon power the majority of them. Businesses need a way to build, simulate, integrate, and deploy voice AI agents—we are building this.

To create AI voice agents that can truly match human performance, we need 99.999% reliability. We’ve built fine-tuned LLMs, real-time monitoring, Zapier-like automation, and voice infra that scales instantly.

We’re growing fast, in almost all of our investors portfolios, we’re one of the fastest growing companies. Our customers are expanding, and we’re now looking for a BDR who thrives in chaos, hates to lose, and gets sh*t done.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Grind outbound daily — cold calls, DMs, emails, events, referrals. Nothing is off-limits.
  • Own inbound — warm leads are coming in from word of mouth. You pick them, qualify them, and help close them.
  • Qualify fast, demo faster — drive urgency, book demos, and get the right people on the call.
  • Make noise — build your own pipeline and push us into new markets.
  • Collaborate tightly with founders and engineers to improve messaging and close loops.

What We Expect In Week One

This is a startup. We move fast. Here’s what a strong first week looks like:

  • Book 8+ qualified demos by Friday (combo of inbound + outbound).
  • Get 2–3 on the calendar with decision-makers (Director+ at fast-scaling companies).
  • Identify 20 high-priority target accounts and start warming them up.
  • Demo the product yourself (we’ll train you) — no waiting around for hand-holding.
  • Push deals forward — we’re not here to “check in next quarter.”

Qualifications

  • You don’t wait for permission — you find the number, call the cell, send the LinkedIn vid, whatever it takes.
  • You hear “no” and keep going — with a smile.
  • You know how to work a room, whether it’s Zoom or IRL.
  • You’ve booked and run demos before, and you don’t flinch in front of VPs or founders.
  • You thrive in chaos, love fast sprints, and want to win more than anything.
  • You don’t stop at “I sent them an email.” You get to the person—no matter what.
  • Bonus if you’ve sold SaaS, infra, or AI products.
