To do this, we’re building the automated back office for financial firms, using AI to analyze millions of data points from emails to text messages, marketing copy, investment accounts, filings, and more to identify regulatory violations.

This is a foundational leadership role for an experienced designer ready to define the user experience for an entire industry.
As a foundational design leader at Hadrius, you will own the entire product experience, design strategy, and user-centric vision that is revolutionizing financial compliance. You will operate as a strategic partner to the founders, shaping not just the product but the company itself from the ground floor of a hyper-growth startup.
This is a role for a builder who wants to create a world-class design function from scratch. We have a culture of deep trust and high autonomy; we replace meetings with execution and give our leaders the ownership to make an outsized impact. You will partner with an elite team of engineers from companies like Google, Chime, and Microsoft, and founders with previous successful exits.
