About Hadrius

Hadrius automates and consolidates securities compliance for investment firms. To do this, we’re building the automated back office for financial firms, using AI to analyze millions of data points from emails to text messages, marketing copy, investment accounts, filings, and more to identify regulatory violations.

Today, over 300+ financial institutions managing $4T+ AUM rely on Hadrius to automate their regulatory compliance. We’re the fastest growing company in the space and the emerging category leader, going from our launch out of the YC W23 batch to $XMs+ ARR in under 24 months and haven’t slowed down since. We have a world-class team and product competing against legacy software that hasn't innovated in decades, and are looking for exceptional people dedicated to our shared mission to join.

About the role

This is a full-time role as a Forward Deployed Engineer, located onsite in New York, NY.

We’re looking for a technically sharp, customer-obsessed problem solver to be the bridge between our platform and our customers’ success. Your mission: make every customer onboarding seamless, every client’s technical challenges disappear, and every environment perfectly tuned for their needs.

You’ll be embedded with our Customer Success team but operate like an engineer in the field: building, configuring, and troubleshooting directly in customer environments; handling data migrations and integrations; and solving high-priority technical challenges at speed. You will own the operational and technical backbone that makes every Hadrius deployment successful.

You’ll work directly with customers, our product team, and engineering to deliver high-quality implementations and ongoing technical support. We pride ourselves on a culture that rewards impact and success generously. We’re focused on empowering each other to do our best work, today and into the future. You'll be on a team that works incredibly hard and seeks other exceptional people excited to do the same.

First week:

  • Learn the Hadrius platform inside and out—features, integrations, data structures, and workflows
  • Ramp up on our environment setup process, data import/export tools, and internal technical playbooks
  • Shadow customer onboarding and issue resolution calls to understand where bottlenecks occur
  • Take on and resolve several small technical requests to start adding value immediately

  • Handle all data migrations, imports, and exports with without errors or delays
  • Build repeatable scripts/playbooks to speed up environment setup and issue resolution
  • Serve as the first line of technical support, solving issues before they reach engineering

First 3 months & beyond:

  • Cut average onboarding time-to-value by 30%+ through faster setup and data readiness
  • Resolve 95% of technical issues without engineering intervention
  • Own and continuously improve our technical onboarding process
  • Build internal tooling and automation to make CS team operations faster and more scalable
  • Become the go-to technical expert customers trust to solve their hardest compliance-ops challenges

About You

  • Technically fluent: Comfortable configuring SaaS platforms, wrangling data, and debugging issues.
  • Customer-oriented: Even when working on technical tasks, you see everything through the customer’s eyes.
  • Grit: You push through complex problems until you have a clean, scalable solution.
  • All-in: This is not a 9–5. We’re building fast and need someone who thrives in that environment.
  • Builder’s mindset: You automate repetitive tasks and create scalable processes.
  • Detail-obsessed: You take pride in clean configurations, accurate data, and reliable deployments.
  • Team-first: Your goal is to make everyone around you more effective.
