Hadrius automates and consolidates securities compliance for investment firms. To do this, we’re building the automated back office for financial firms, using AI to analyze millions of data points from emails to text messages, marketing copy, investment accounts, filings, and more to identify regulatory violations.

As the second design hire at Hadrius, you will take ownership of the user experience that is transforming how financial crime is detected and managed. You'll work directly with the founders to design and build the future of financial compliance from the ground up in a hyper-growth startup.
This is a role with a clear path to leadership. We foster a culture of autonomy and impact over meetings, giving every team member a broad scope of responsibility. You will partner with an elite team of engineers from companies like Google, Chime, and Microsoft, and founders with previous successful exits.
