About the role

About the Role:

As an Account Executive II, you’ll focus on delivering product demos and closing new business with law firms. You’ll be supported by a dedicated BDR team responsible for booking your demo appointments. You’ll leverage your experience to build relationships, understand client needs, and drive new business. This is a great opportunity for a proven salesperson ready to grow within a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Accurately track activities and pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
  • Share insights and contribute to team best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or tech solutions preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and coachable.

  • Mapping data from any CRM to a unified Hona schema along with unstructured metadata
  • Robust workflows so that data changes trigger specific actions based on filter criteria so that data can seamlessly flow between a business' CRM and their client and vice versa
  • A completely customizable client portal with views and interactions based on custom matching rules and dynamic data
  • 2 Way Communication flow from the CRM to the client based on client preferences (email, sms, push) and vice versa
  • Client user management across multiple businesses
  • Business Reputation Management

Future:

  • Network of businesses to create a two sided marketplace matching clients to businesses further cementing the utility of Hona
  • Extending workflows to external APIs and providers to completely own all client interactions with a business from start to finish handling the first interaction on a businesses website for lead generation to payment processing and reputation management.
