About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Market Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities within the mid-market segment. This role involves researching potential clients, initiating outreach, and building relationships to generate new business leads. The ideal candidate is skilled in prospecting, has strong communication skills, and works closely with the sales team to drive growth.

  • Mapping data from any CRM to a unified Hona schema along with unstructured metadata
  • Robust workflows so that data changes trigger specific actions based on filter criteria so that data can seamlessly flow between a business' CRM and their client and vice versa
  • A completely customizable client portal with views and interactions based on custom matching rules and dynamic data
  • 2 Way Communication flow from the CRM to the client based on client preferences (email, sms, push) and vice versa
  • Client user management across multiple businesses
  • Business Reputation Management

Future:

  • Network of businesses to create a two sided marketplace matching clients to businesses further cementing the utility of Hona
  • Extending workflows to external APIs and providers to completely own all client interactions with a business from start to finish handling the first interaction on a businesses website for lead generation to payment processing and reputation management.
