We work in-person at our San Francisco office five days a week, believing the best ideas and fastest learning happen through side-by-side collaboration. We challenge each other daily and build innovative products together.
Greenlite builds AI agents that help financial services companies manage risk and compliance and fight financial crime. We serve major clients like Ramp, Mercury, and other major U.S. financial institutions, helping them grow while maintaining financial system integrity. Backed by Greylock, Y Combinator, and Thomson Reuters, we're among the fastest-growing AI companies globally.
We value people who:
Take action quickly, learning by doing rather than seeking perfection
Think boldly to reimagine financial services
Deeply understand customer needs to build elegant solutions
Show potential and continuous growth, not just experience
We've brought together exceptional builders from Palantir, SpaceX, Stripe, Airbnb, Meta, Uber, and Databricks to tackle financial system challenges. Our AI agents fight financial crime by automating suspicious activity investigations, entity due diligence, and regulatory reporting, helping banks and fintechs protect the integrity of the global financial system.
Our team combines technical excellence with practical problem-solving, low-ego collaboration, relentless curiosity, and autonomous work. We're seeking diverse perspectives that elevate our collective capabilities. Greenlite is an equal opportunity employer welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.
As a Product Engineer at Greenlite, you'll build AI agents that solve real-world financial compliance challenges. You'll take ownership of specific product areas, creating sophisticated systems that integrate LLMs with custom workflows to detect fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, translate them into powerful AI solutions, and iterate based on feedback and usage. Your success will be measured by the impact on customers, not just by the code you ship.
Build trustworthy AI agents. You'll develop production-grade AI systems with intuitive interfaces automating complex financial crime investigations while maintaining the highest standards of security and reliability.
Drive customer-focused innovation. By talking directly with customers, gathering insights, and rapidly iterating on solutions, you'll create products that genuinely address user needs. You'll experiment with new features using A/B tests and feature flags to validate hypotheses and continuously improve the platform.
Champion cross-functional excellence. You'll develop and own end-to-end workflows that integrate seamlessly with the broader platform, collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive solutions that scale alongside our rapid growth and maintain the trust of financial institutions.
