About SuperKalam

SuperKalam is building an AI-first education company for India.

We started by solving real problems in serious exam preparation, especially in test prep categories like UPSC, where students need structure, discipline, evaluation, and guidance at scale. Over time, we have built strong insight into how students learn, where they struggle, and what kind of product and content actually create trust and outcomes.

Now, we are expanding that thesis into Indian school education.

We are building for school students in a way that is more personal, more interactive, and more outcome-driven than traditional content-heavy edtech. Our school learning experience is being designed around concepts like chapter-wise learning support, AI-assisted doubt solving, practice and evaluation, stronger feedback loops for students, and deeper subject-wise support across Math, Science, English, and Social Science.

At a broader level, SuperKalam is trying to build an education product that combines AI, pedagogy, product design, storytelling, and distribution to make learning more effective and more accessible.

This role is important because growth at SuperKalam is not just about running campaigns. It is about shaping how students and parents understand what we are building, why it matters, and why it works.

About the role

We are looking for a Growth & Content Strategist who can operate at the intersection of:

• content
• growth
• storytelling
• creator thinking
• user behavior
• experimentation
• AI-enabled workflows

This is a role for someone who can both create and think.

You should be able to write, ideate, build narratives, shape campaigns, work with creators, and contribute to growth systems that improve acquisition, activation, and engagement. You should also be curious enough to explore and use AI tools for faster research, better content workflows, research automation, and building small internal micro-tools when needed.

What you’ll do

• Build and improve content-led acquisition systems for SuperKalam
• Develop campaign narratives, hooks, and messaging across test prep and school education
• Work on content and growth funnels that improve:
  • acquisition efficiency
  • activation
  • engagement
  • retention signals
• Create content yourself when needed across social media, founder brand, product storytelling, and campaigns
• Work closely with editors, designers, creators, and growth stakeholders to turn ideas into high-performing output
• Support and improve creator/influencer-led funnels
• Help shape how our school education story is communicated to students, parents, and the market
• Translate user insight into better content angles, GTM narratives, and repeatable systems
• Run structured experiments across formats, channels, messaging, and distribution
• Use AI tools wherever useful for research, content ideation, workflow speed, automation, and internal execution support
• Bring clarity on what is working, what is not, and what deserves more scale

What we’re looking for

• Strong understanding of growth, content, and user psychology
• Ability to create content, not just coordinate it
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Strong instinct for hooks, audience behavior, and social-first communication
• Ability to think through:
  • acquisition efficiency
  • activation
  • retention
  • positioning
  • experimentation
• Good understanding of English and Hindi
• Good understanding of Indian social trends, creator ecosystems, and internet behavior
• Comfort with using AI tools for:
  • research automation
  • idea generation
  • workflow acceleration
  • building simple internal micro-tools or no-code automations
• Receptive enough to keep learning new AI tools and adapting them into day-to-day work
• Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup with high ownership
• Someone who can connect product insight with distribution strategy
• Someone who cares about business outcomes, not vanity metrics
