What you will work on?
We are a tribe who is shaping education with our sheer drive for building something valuable and beautiful.. You will be working on core aspects like personalisation, gamification and new product innovations we are working on.
Requirements:
- 2 - 4yrs of experience in UI and UX, with interesting problems solved
- Solid product thinking (and previously worked in Product based org)
- Has strong design portfolio
- Shipping speed of what’s great vs perfect.
- Keep user data and different segments of users in mind
- AI in workflow
- Bonus - Has worked on gamification flows
- Bonus - It's a dynamic design role, can you do basic motion designs? like https://jitter.video

Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with us(founders) and development team 💡
- Can lead initiatives
- Prototyping on Figma
- Adding visual delights on UI via basic illustrations and animation via jitter.
- Make a structured process - “user insights” & competitive analysis
- Be aware of the problems across the platforms and can suggest what can be solved with design
- Take data-driven decisions wherever needed
- Collate user feedback from different mechanisms
Compensation: Skill wise, upto 25LPA and esops for the right candidate
- Resume shortlisting as per best work done. After this, an introductory call will be scheduled.
- Introductory call (15 min) - Focuses on questions you ask on SuperKalam app, problems you have solved, depth of your questions, understanding of audience. And your energy!
- Assignment (typically 1-2 days) - Focuses on visual delight and layouts. We skip this round for candidates with strong portfolios and a strong recommendation from founders you have worked with previously.
- Quick proto/wireframing on figma (F2F 1 hour) - Focuses on speed, clear product thinking and iterations.
- Product dimensions (F2F 1 hour) - Optional if needed. Focuses on understanding other dimensions of product
- Final closure discussion (30min)
