About SuperKalam

SuperKalam is building an AI-powered learning platform for serious students in India. We create high-volume, high-performance content across ads, reels, launches, and storytelling-led videos to help students discover, trust, and use our product.

We are looking for a Content Editor & Visual Storyteller who can combine speed, taste, performance instinct, and content understanding. This is not a passive editing role. We want someone who understands product, audience, hooks, storytelling, and social media behavior deeply.

Location: Hybrid (but, should be based in Bangalore, India)
Commitment: Full-time, Mon - Sat (a few days per week can be work from home)

Compensation: ₹7 to ₹11 LPA

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes content, short reels, YouTube edits, meme cuts, and storytelling with punchy visuals.

• Social Media Content & Ads: Create engaging reels, and videos for Instagram and Facebook (Marketing) that resonate with education domain, editing UGC content and use AI in day to day to videos to scale processes.
• Design Sense: Understanding of design-system & innovating in design/animations to use in the edits
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on trends on social media updates to create relevant and engaging content.
• Learning Curve: keep updated with the help of our team - on the latest AI tools to bring speed, automation and quality in visual storytelling.

Tools / skills that help

Experience in some or most of these is a plus:

• Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• After Effects or equivalent motion/animation tools
• CapCut and short-form mobile-first editing workflows
• AI tools for video editing, voice, cleanup, subtitling, generative visuals, or animation assistance
• Basic shooting sense: framing, lighting, audio, creator setup
