Are you a storyteller who knows how to turn ideas into content that drives engagement and growth? We’re searching for a Content Marketing Manager to be the voice of Conduit across blogs, social media, and other channels. In this role, you’ll create compelling content that educates our audience on the Conduit platform.
What You’ll Do
Content creation: Produce a wide range of content to fuel our marketing engine – including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email newsletters, and videos.
Social media & community: Assist on Conduit’s social presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and beyond).
Thought leadership initiatives: Work with our founders and industry experts to ghostwrite op-eds, thought pieces, or webinar content. You’ll help position Conduit (and its leadership) as go-to thought leaders in the hospitality and AI space by consistently delivering insightful, high-quality content.
Content strategy & SEO: Develop and execute on a content calendar aligned with our marketing goals. Identify topics that our target customers care about and research keywords to improve our search visibility.
Brand storytelling: Ensure all content is on-brand and reinforces our narrative. As an early content hire, you’ll help refine Conduit’s voice and style guidelines.
Measure and optimize: Track content performance metrics (views, engagement, lead generation) to learn what resonates.
Who You Are
Skilled writer & communicator: You have exceptional writing skills with a portfolio of content that showcases your ability to hook readers and communicate ideas clearly.
Content marketing experience: 2+ years in content marketing, journalism, or a similar field where you were responsible for producing content at a regular cadence. You understand how content can drive business objectives (SEO traffic, brand awareness, lead nurture).
Tech savvy & curious: You can grasp new technologies and industries quickly.
Creative flair: You bring fresh ideas for how to engage an audience.
Self-driven & organized: You can run a content program with minimal hand-holding. You take initiative to propose topics, meet deadlines consistently, and manage an editorial calendar.
Engaging on-camera: Comfortable speaking or presenting on video (for webinars, demos, or social clips).
Conduit is an in-person team based in San Francisco and works together in the office five days a week.
