About AiPrise

AiPrise (YC S22) is a global compliance infrastructure company helping financial institutions and fintechs - including banks, cross-border payment providers, stablecoin companies, and marketplaces gain a 360° view of the businesses they onboard. Through a single integration, AiPrise provides access to 8,000+ local and international data sources and is an orchestration layer that connects to 80+ verification partners worldwide. The platform goes beyond basic registry checks with website analysis, document intelligence, UBO and parent-company insights, sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring, helping teams make confident decisions and stay aligned with regulatory expectations across jurisdictions.

The Role

We are hiring our first US-based SDR to focus on building outbound pipelines and generating qualified meetings. You will report directly to and work closely with the Head of Sales, targeting high-potential companies in fintech, payments, and compliance-heavy sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into target accounts across financial institutions, fintechs, cross-border payment providers, marketplaces, and stablecoin companies.
  • Build and execute personalized outreach sequences via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Research and qualify prospects to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
  • Book and coordinate meetings for Account Executives, ensuring strong handoff.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales on account targeting and outbound strategy.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success booking meetings with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with fintech, regtech, or compliance software is a plus.
  • Highly coachable with strong communication and organizational skills.

Based in the US, with the ability to travel occasionally for team and client events.

Compensation
NYC / SF / Bay Area / Seattle / Remote markets: $55,000–$65,000 base, OTE $75,000–$85,000

Technology

We use a Typescript React frontend coupled with Flask backend hosted on AWS. We also provide our customers with embeddable web SDKs that they can integrate within a day.
