AiPrise (YC S22) is a global compliance infrastructure company helping financial institutions and fintechs - including banks, cross-border payment providers, stablecoin companies, and marketplaces gain a 360° view of the businesses they onboard. Through a single integration, AiPrise provides access to 8,000+ local and international data sources and an orchestration layer that connects to 80+ verification partners worldwide. The platform goes beyond basic registry checks with website analysis, document intelligence, UBO and parent-company insights, sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring, helping teams make confident decisions and stay aligned with regulatory expectations across jurisdictions.

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically-astute Solutions Engineer to join our growing Go-to-Market team. As the first Solutions Engineer at AiPrise, you will be the primary technical voice in the sales process, bridging the gap between our powerful Verification platform and the specific business challenges of our prospective customers. You will work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to inspire companies with the art of the possible, designing and demonstrating solutions that solve their most pressing problems.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives as the technical lead in all pre-sales activities, from initial discovery to deal closure.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand a prospect's business objectives, technical infrastructure, and pain points.
  • Design, build, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized proof-of-concept (PoC) projects that showcase the value of the AiPrise platform.
  • Respond to technical questions and objections in RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposal).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions/Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Solid understanding of APIs (REST, gRPC) and experience with API integration tools like Postman.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a natural curiosity for technology.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.

We use a Typescript React frontend coupled with Flask backend hosted on AWS. We also provide our customers with embeddable web SDKs that they can integrate within a day.
