Job Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Liaison to join our growing team. As Clinical Liaison, this opportunity involves developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and educating providers about our resources and services.

As part of the LunaJoy team, you will play a vital role in directly contributing to the mental health journey of one million women through purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Facilitate provider onboarding, training, and ongoing education on company policies, procedures, and technology platforms.
  • Address provider concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure a positive working relationship.
  • Collaborate with providers, care teams, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient care coordination.
  • Advocate for best practices in patient care and ensure alignment with evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Monitor and address any gaps in service delivery to improve patient outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives for better care delivery.
  • Work closely with BDRS, operations, and IT teams to streamline workflows and resolve provider-related issues.
  • Track key performance metrics related to provider efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
  • Support data collection and reporting to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in the mental health industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A deep understanding of mental health services and the ability to communicate the value of our services to clients.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in mental health or women’s healthcare settings.
  • Knowledge of telehealth platforms and virtual care coordination.
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills

Interview Process

  • HR Screen:

  • Onboarding & Training:
    Once the offer is accepted, the onboarding process begins. You will be guided through setting up tools, learning about LunaJoy’s systems and workflows, and engaging in any role-specific training. This phase ensures a smooth transition into your new role, setting you up for success from day one.
