🚀 What You’ll Do
As an Onboarding Specialist at Beagle, you’ll be the first point of contact after a client signs. Your job is to guide them through a seamless onboarding experience that sets them up for long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide new property manager clients through the onboarding process
- Schedule and host kickoff calls with clients, collect key operational info
- Configure their account settings and PMS integration (AppFolio, Buildium, etc.)
- Train clients on how to use Beagle’s platform
- Ensure lease addendums and tenant communications are properly implemented
- Track onboarding progress and communicate timelines with internal teams
- Serve as the client’s main point of contact until handoff to Customer Success
- Identify and solve roadblocks to adoption and escalate technical issues as needed
- Continuously improve onboarding documentation and internal playbooks
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer support, or account management
- Strong communication skills — friendly, professional, and clear
- Detail-oriented and organized — you can juggle multiple clients and timelines
- Tech-savvy — confident navigating CRMs, dashboards, and integrations
- Experience working with property managers or real estate clients is a plus
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments and early-stage teams
- Fluent in English
