    Just to make sure there’s a vibe.
2. **Onsite working session (2–3 days)**
    We fly you out, cover housing, and drop you into a real (and fun) challenge with the team.
    You’ll build with us, get to know us, and see exactly how we work.

No take-homes, no leetcode. Just good builders doing what they do best.
