What is tax consulting? Good question. Tax consultants are tax experts that analyze one or two numbers that go on a company's tax return. For example, the R&D tax credit. The rules for the R&D tax credit are very complex and most accountants do not have the expertise to compute the credit. So a company will hire a tax expert to compute the R&D tax credit for the company. That's tax consulting.

**About the Role:**
We’re seeking a highly personable and organized Client Success Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through onboarding, helping them navigate our platform, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience throughout their journey with us. You'll also serve as the crucial liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring questions and issues are directed to the right people quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging transition into our platform
  • Provide hands-on guidance and product walkthroughs tailored to each client’s needs
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and engagement
  • Serve as the client’s advocate and main point of contact for all platform-related needs
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Product, Sales, Engineering) to resolve client issues or requests
  • Monitor client usage and health metrics to proactively address concerns and improve retention
  • Own the renewal process, ensuring timely communication and contract execution
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the client experience and increase client success

Requirements:

  • Experience in a client success, account management, or customer-facing role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable presenting to and training clients on software platforms
  • Problem-solver with a proactive mindset and a “client-first” attitude
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
