About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Success Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role blends data analysis with client engagement to ensure our customers receive actionable insights, a seamless onboarding experience, and ongoing support. You'll be responsible for transforming data that drives client success while working with a team to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies

• Clean, organize, and validate data for accuracy and completeness

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel

• Support various teams with data needs and ad hoc analysis

• Document findings and present insights clearly and effectively

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve client requests and enhance service delivery

• Monitor client usage

• Present data-driven insights and recommendations in a clear, concise manner

• Continuously improve client experience through feedback, reporting, and strategic analysis

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a data analytics or client success role (or a strong interest and aptitude for both)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and charts)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client relationships simultaneously

• A proactive, client-first mindset with a passion for helping others succeed

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
