The Role

We are looking for a visionary Head of Creative to join our early-stage, highly creative, and passionate team. This pivotal role will lead our new Creative Labs division, shaping a future where the human-machine interface is simply human—natural, intuitive, and emotionally resonant.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the creative vision and execution of innovative concepts, prototypes, and storytelling that envision a future where machines seamlessly meet humans exactly where they are.
• Manage the end-to-end creative process from concept ideation through compelling storytelling and practical implementation of visionary interfaces.
• Develop intuitive, emotionally engaging concepts and interactions that demonstrate a future without traditional machine interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to refine and realize groundbreaking ideas into tangible, impactful experiences.
• Rapidly prototype concepts and effectively communicate ambitious ideas internally and externally.

Basic Requirements:

• Please include a portfolio showcasing your creative leadership, visionary concepts, and innovative storytelling capabilities.
• 5+ years of creative direction or design leadership experience, with significant exposure to visionary or speculative design projects.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate creative vision, conceptual strategies, and technical nuances to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience delivering innovative, high-impact creative concepts and storytelling in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating visionary experiences in AI-driven, interactive, or immersive environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven effectiveness in high-growth, early-stage startup environments.
• Strong prototyping, conceptual visualization, and storytelling skills.
• Passion for shaping the future of human-computer interactions and deeply engaging user experiences.
