About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager / Program Manager focused in Enterprise to help manage and scale our enterprise clients.

This is a remote position with an in-person option in South Florida at our new Ft. Lauderdale/Aventura office

What will you be doing:

  • Managing the relationship of enterprise accounts. Taking accountability as much as possible before delegating to other team members. We are looking for self-starters.
  • Plan and maintain the onboarding and rollout strategy.
  • Report on the usage, quality of service, and rollout across the enterprise.
  • Onboard and rollout. Make sure to jump on support calls, demo calls, upselling our new line of products, and maintaining an excellent relationship with our customers.
  • Helps manage our CRM.
  • Works closely with our Account Manager Enterprise lead and Customer Success team**.**
  • Travel to veterinary clinics. Enterprise clients have multiple hospitals that we will need to go to strengthen the relationship and unblock any problems.

While there is not a specific time commitment as project-based outcomes > time-based ones, there is a sense of urgency to iterate and deliver constantly.

Specifically for this role:

  • Is an excellent communicator and approachable person.
  • 4+ years experience managing large accounts > 2000-5000 employees
  • Familiarity with project management software, salesforce, Excel, and more.
  • Experience in the Veterinary Medicine industry is a big plus.
  • Experience operating and excelling in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be okay traveling at least twice a month.
  • Experience in working at a startup or small company is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

Compensation

  • The base salary for this position is $70,000 - $88,000
