About the role

Pump.co is on the lookout for its first Customer Success Lead. Join us in making sure our customers are having the best experience. Your job is important in building strong connections and making Pump.co the go-to choice for businesses using the cloud.

Responsibilities:

  • Speak up for our customers inside Pump.co. Understand what they need and make sure we go above and beyond for them.
  • Assist new customers in getting started smoothly. Make sure their first experience is positive and sets the stage for a lasting relationship.
  • Solve customer problems quickly and effectively. Work with our teams to find solutions that make our customers happy.
  • Teach customers about what our platform can do. Help them get the most value out of Pump.co.
  • Collect and understand what customers think. Use their feedback to make our platform even better.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ experience at a Dev tool or infra company, with deep knowledge about AWS, GCP and other cloud platforms
  • Talk clearly and listen well. Make sure customers feel heard and understood.
  • Help new customers get started easily. Make sure their first steps with Pump.co are positive.
  • Work with our teams to find solutions that make customers happy.
  • Understand our platform and explain it to customers. Make sure they feel confident using Pump.co.
