Biggest Necessities:

  • Outreach via calls, emails, social messaging to leads in specific accounting segments, regions, and systems provided by the head of sales.
  • Innovate in qualifying clients, utilizing engaging content to break through conventional marketing approaches.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and email communications from potential clients.
  • Identify and understand a prospect's needs.
  • Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with high integrity.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Based in Austin, Texas
  • Proficient in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead enrichment, or equivalent.
  • Possess a friendly yet assertive demeanor.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Bonus If You:

  • Have prior experience in the accounting industry.
  • Have familiarity with spreadsheet operations, report generation.
  • Had previous employment at an Accounting Software company.
  • Can bring a unique and vibrant approach to the role.
  • Have an experience in intake processes or innovation within accounting firms.
  • Have demonstrable mentorship from industry-leading figures that have shaped your approach.
  • Have chip on your shoulder, strong desire to prove others wrong.

Important Note: This is an Onsite role in Austin, Texas office (5 days a week)

  3. At Home Challenge
  4. Sales leadership interview with VP of Sales, Dodge.
  5. Offer – If we’re a mutual fit, you’ll receive an offer.

The entire process typically takes 15 days, though we can expedite for candidates under the right circumstances.
