Pipeline Generation
While marketing and BDRs will provide support, this role requires someone who thrives on generating their own pipeline. You are proactive in outbound outreach, creative in prospecting, and disciplined in building consistent top-of-funnel activity.
Full-Cycle Business Acumen
You are comfortable owning the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, and close. You understand how to navigate multiple stakeholders and move deals forward with value, urgency and structure.
Pipeline Discipline and Forecast Accuracy
You develop and maintain a clean, well-qualified pipeline. You prioritize high-quality opportunities, run thorough discovery, and maintain accurate forecasting with strong CRM hygiene.
Strategic Collaboration
You partner closely with teammates across sales, marketing, product, and customer success to craft account strategies and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Trusted Advisor Approach
You build credibility quickly by understanding each client’s business model, operational challenges, and growth goals. You position solutions in terms of measurable value and ROI, not just features.
Market Awareness and Adaptability
You stay informed on industry trends, competitive positioning, and evolving customer needs. You use insights to sharpen messaging, handle objections effectively, and continuously improve your sales strategy.
