Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Controller to join our finance team. The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, analysis, and compliance aspects of the company's operations. Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

   • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

   • Present financial data and reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

   • Continuously refine budgeting and forecasting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

3. Internal Controls and Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations.
   • Prepare for and facilitate external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as needed.

4. Cash Management:

   • Monitor cash flows and manage working capital to ensure optimal liquidity for operational needs.

5. Process Improvement:
