About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Analyst focused on Revenue Operations (RevOps) who will help us understand and optimize our entire revenue funnel.

Your role will sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product. You’ll work closely with founders and the growth team to analyze data, improve funnel performance, and build systems that help the revenue team operate more efficiently.

This is not just a reporting role. You will actively identify growth opportunities, build dashboards, and design experiments that directly impact revenue.

What You’ll Do

Own the revenue funnel analytics

  • Track and analyze the full funnel: traffic → leads → demos → pipeline → revenue
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements

Build reporting and dashboards

  • Create dashboards for sales, marketing, and leadership
  • Track key metrics like pipeline velocity, CAC, win rates, and conversion rates

Improve GTM operations

  • Help design processes that make sales and marketing teams more efficient
  • Improve CRM workflows, attribution models, and lead routing

Support revenue strategy

  • Work closely with founders and GTM leaders to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide insights that shape pricing, messaging, and customer targeting

What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely be a great fit if you:

  • Have 6 months – 2 years of experience in Business Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Sales Operations
  • Are comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards
  • Have experience with tools like HubSpot
  • Are highly analytical and enjoy solving complex problems
  • Can translate messy data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus points if you:

  • Have worked in B2B SaaS
  • Have experience building marketing attribution models
