Fleek is a marketplace connecting resellers/vintage stores with vintage wholesalers from around the world. On Fleek, you'll find the greatest vintage and second-hand wholesale fashion from Carhartt jeans to Nascar jackets, Y2K dresses to Reworked Patagonia bucket hats. We empower the trendsetters empowering the circular and sustainable fashion movement.
_ The fashion industry produces over 100 billion garments a year. 60% end up in landfill — not because people don't want these clothes, but because the supply chain for getting secondhand fashion from donation to resale is completely offline, manual, and broken. _
Fleek is fixing this. Our mission is to make secondhand the first choice. We're building the infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade — through a B2B marketplace and the AI systems digitising the supply chain behind it.
Through Fleek, vintage stores, online resellers, and retail buyers source graded secondhand inventory directly from wholesalers and rag houses across multiple countries. Our key enabler is FleekSort — an AI model fine-tuned on secondhand fashion — that can grade, price, and categorise items with just a photo, turning what has historically been an opaque and manual trade into a structured, searchable, and tradable global inventory layer.
Since 2022, we've saved 9 million items from landfill and tripled in size year-on-year. We've raised ~$50M from a16z, Y Combinator, Burda Principal Investments, HV Capital, and others, and have recently closed our Series B. Our advisors and private investors include operators behind Depop, Shopify, and Postmates.
Today, we serve thousands of resellers and retailers across the UK, Europe, and the US. With the secondhand fashion market projected to reach $350B by 2027, Fleek is building the AI-native operational and financial backbone for secondhand commerce globally.
We're looking for people who want to build something that matters - and move fast doing it. Sound good? Keep reading.
This is a Senior Growth Analyst role sitting at the intersection of marketing, data, and commercial strategy. You'll own the analytical backbone behind Fleek's growth engine — spanning influencer, affiliate, organic, paid, and lifecycle — and your work will directly influence how we allocate spend, prioritise channels, and scale acquisition.
You'll report into our growth leadership and work closely with marketing, product, and engineering in London. This isn't a reporting role. You'll be the person who turns messy marketplace data into clear decisions that change how the business grows.
Fleek is a marketplace where every item is unique, inventory is graded by AI, and the buyer journey doesn't follow any standard ecommerce playbook. Traditional attribution models break down here. You'll need to build new ones.
You'll own attribution modelling across every acquisition channel — from influencer and affiliate partnerships to paid social, paid search, and organic. You'll design incrementality tests, build cohort analyses, and calculate the true ROI of campaigns that span creators, affiliates, and performance marketing. Your insights will directly determine where we invest and where we cut.
This is a marketplace scaling from thousands to tens of thousands of active buyers. The data infrastructure is being built in real time. If you get energy from messy data, finding the signal, and helping teams spend way smarter — this is the role.
Signal Finder: You see patterns in noisy data that others miss. You don't just report numbers — you find the insight that changes the decision.
Attribution Obsessed: You think deeply about how to measure what actually works. MMM, MTA, incrementality, positional models — you know when each applies and where each breaks.
Commercially Wired: You connect analytical outputs to business outcomes. You think in CAC, LTV, payback periods, and ROAS — not just clicks and impressions.
Comfortable with Ambiguity: Fleek's growth data is complex and evolving. You thrive when the data is messy, the tracking isn't perfect, and you need to find the answer anyway.
Action-Oriented Communicator: You translate complexity into "here's what to do." Your stakeholders never have to guess what the data means.
Startup Pace: You've worked in environments where speed matters, where you ship analysis that drives same-week decisions, and where velocity is a competitive advantage.
Own Attribution Modelling: Build, evaluate, and refine how Fleek measures impact across influencer, affiliate, paid, partnerships, and organic channels. Design the frameworks that tell us what's actually working.
Analyse Channel Performance End-to-End: Track full-funnel metrics — CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, payback — across every acquisition channel. Turn them into insights that guide daily spend decisions and long-term strategy.
Run Experiments: Design and execute incrementality tests, lift studies, and channel holdouts. Refine attribution and improve media efficiency through rigorous experimentation.
Decode Influencer & Affiliate Performance: Go deep on cohort behaviour, creative patterns, partner quality, and lift. Help the team understand which partnerships compound value and which don't.
Spot Trends Before They're Obvious: Flag growth opportunities and risk areas in traffic, spend, and conversion before they become problems. Be the early warning system for the growth team.
Partner with Engineering on Tracking: Work closely with engineering to ensure clean data foundations — UTMs, pixels, events, conversion tracking. Your analysis is only as good as the data pipeline behind it.
Translate Data into Narrative: Deliver continuous insights on what's working, what's broken, and what to test next. Make the data story clear enough that it drives action across marketing, product, and leadership.
Use AI to Move Faster: Automate workflows, speed up analysis, and surface insights before anyone asks. You think about your role as a 10x-er through the lens of AI.
4–7+ years of growth analytics or marketing analytics experience. You've owned attribution and channel performance at a company where the answer actually mattered.
Deep expertise in marketing attribution. MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, positional models — you've built and operated these, not just read about them. You know how to model LTV properly.
Strong SQL skills. You live in SQL and can pull, transform, and analyse large datasets without waiting for someone else to build you a table.
Experience with dashboarding and visualisation tools. Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar — you build dashboards that people actually use to make decisions.
Consumer or marketplace background. You've worked at a marketplace, ecommerce, or consumer company. You understand multi-sided dynamics and how acquisition, activation, and retention interact.
Cross-channel fluency. You've analysed performance across influencer, affiliate, paid social, paid search, organic, and lifecycle — and you know how to evaluate them holistically, not in silos.
Product-aware mindset. You understand how product changes affect growth metrics and can partner with product teams to quantify impact.
Startup or scale-up experience. You've worked in environments with fast cycles, evolving data infrastructure, and high ownership. You ship, learn, and iterate.
Nice to Have
Ready to own the analytical engine behind one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in Europe? If you want to work on genuinely hard measurement problems, with a world-class team, at a company that's tripling annually — we'd love to hear from you.
How We Work
Fleek is an in-office company. We believe the best work happens when people are together — the quick decisions, the cross-functional energy, the ability to solve problems in real time. Most of the team works from our London HQ 3–4 days a week.
We're not prescriptive about it. Performance and trust matter more than attendance. For your first six months, we'll ask you to prioritise being in the office — to learn the business, build relationships, and get up to speed. After that, you'll have genuine flexibility to manage your own time. We hire adults and treat them accordingly.
The Practicalities
Location: London HQ — Heneage Street, E1 (Shoreditch / Aldgate East)
Work model: In-office, typically 3–4 days per week. Full-time in the office for your first six months, then genuine flexibility earned through trust and performance.
Level: Senior
Stage: Post-Series B, hyper-growth
Team: 100+ across London, India, and Pakistan (~20 in London office)
Culture: High ownership, non-hierarchical, fast-moving. Founder-led with strong opinions loosely held.
_ Five values shape how we work at Fleek: _
Dream Big and Disrupt Yourself: Push the most ambitious version of what you're building. Step out of your comfort zone. Nothing is out of reach.
Absolute Ownership: The buck stops with you. Drive initiatives to completion. Experiment, learn, persevere. The job isn't done until the job is done.
Curiosity Leads the Way: Don't accept anything at face value. Ask questions you don't know the answer to. That's how you innovate.
Talk to the Customer: Deeply understand their challenges, motivations, and ambitions. Every decision starts with the customer at the centre.
Embrace Diversity: A global team building for a global supply chain. Bring your authentic self and embrace the diversity of everyone you encounter.
We are building a video first experience for wholesale. Our customers love shopping live because of the uniqueness of vintage clothing.
We're looking to build a video first native experience which supports ecommerce at the core of it.
