Authologic.com (YC W21) is a global leader in the full-stack e-ID Hub space. We are supercharging the current OCR/liveness KYC stack by supporting identity wallets, bank IDs, government-issued digital IDs, and more. About the role

Authologic is revolutionizing the e-ID market, and your role will be to introduce our solutions to new, dynamic markets, with a particular focus on Latin America (LATAM). As International Sales Director, you will lead our international expansion, building a network of clients and scaling our revenue in regions with enormous potential for KYC technology. We are looking for a "builder" who can combine strategic thinking with sales execution in high-growth markets.

Your scope of responsibilities:

  • Expansion into LATAM markets: Actively acquiring new customers and building relationships in the region, with particular emphasis on sectors requiring immediate verification of the user's identity and age.
  • Pipeline Building & Management: Building a sales funnel in high-frequency verticals, from lead identification to closing.
  • Strategy and Diversification: Entering new, rapidly changing market verticals and analysing the potential of regions implementing new regulations regarding user protection and access to digital platforms.
  • Forecasting and Analysis: KPI monitoring in high-volume sectors.
  • Process management: Conducting contract negotiations and reporting results to management.
  • Brand Building: Representing Authologic as a trusted KYC/AML partner, ready for the challenges of regulated markets.

Our requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful online product sales (SaaS / Fintech / KYC). Experience in the iGaming, Online Entertainment, or Payment Services sectors is a key asset.
  • Languages ​​(Must-have): Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Business Development: Experience in B2B sales in international markets, especially where speed of verification and user conversion are key.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the specifics of AML processes, identity verification systems and Age Verification mechanisms .
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
  • Independence: Ability to work in a fully remote model.
  • Preferred: Experience working with clients in the financial industry or highly regulated online entertainment sectors .
