Your Mission at Authologic

Authologic is building the bridge between legacy KYC and the future of digital identity. Our eID Hub is a game-changing solution for businesses globally. To effectively scale this revolution, we aren’t looking for a "tactical operator"—we are looking for a strategic leader who will become the primary engine of our marketing growth.

We need someone to take the helm, dive deep into our processes, and have the confidence to say: "This is excellent, this needs fixing, and this is moving too slowly." You are someone who can translate complex data into a precise, high-impact action plan.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Independently design and execute our global performance marketing strategy.
• Critical Auditing: Conduct a rigorous audit of our current activities—identifying gaps, optimizing performance, and ruthlessly prioritizing what works.
• Building the "Growth Engine": Architect lead generation processes that provide high-velocity support for our international sales teams.
• Tech Stack Ownership: You have full autonomy to select the marketing technology (MarTech) stack and the KPIs that best measure our success and ROI.
• Business Partnership: Reporting directly to the CRO, your insights and forecasts will fundamentally shape the company’s growth trajectory.

What We Expect from You

• Experience & Intuition: 5+ years of proven success in performance marketing within the SaaS, FinTech, or B2B Tech space.
• Self-Driven Ownership: You are "autonomous by design"—you identify the problem, build the solution, and lead the execution without hand-holding.
• Global Mindset: Proven track record of scaling campaigns across international markets (EU, Middle East, USA, LATAM).
• Analytical Rigor: For you, data is the foundation of strategic dialogue, not just numbers in a report.
• Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English (C1/C2) is our standard for communicating with the global market and our partners.
