Customer Growth Associate at Vendra (S24)$80K - $120K
Custom Parts, Manufactured in America 🇺🇸
About Vendra
We are building an AI-native manufacturing marketplace, transforming how the best companies get custom parts manufactured in the U.S. There aren’t many early stage companies where you’ll get work with industry titans like Apple, Anduril and NASA, solving their critical production challenges, but you will at Vendra. We accelerate lead times, de-risk supply chains, and on-shore production, especially across aerospace, defense, and other critical industries.
Our vision is to become the only resource a hardware company ever turns to when they need hardware manufactured. We’re backed by Y Combinator and top investors, and we’re building a team to ship fast and solve hard problems as we continue to scale fast.
Vendra is registered under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and supports U.S. government and defense programs. This role is restricted to U.S. Persons (22 CFR §120.62) located in the United States.

- Analyze historical activity, order patterns, and customer behavior to re-engage inactive accounts
- Proactively reconnect with customers who have gone quiet or paused usage
- Understand why activity stalled (timing, pricing, internal blockers, technical issues, etc.)
- Drive reactivated accounts toward RFQ submission and order placement
-
Follow up with warm inbound leads
- Engage inbound interest from demos, referrals, events, partnerships, and prior conversations
- Qualify needs and guide customers toward the right next step on the platform
- Ensure timely, thoughtful follow-ups to convert interest into platform activity
-
Support MQL / SQL conversion and pipeline movement
- Execute consistent outreach to marketing and sales qualified leads
- Help convert interest into active pipeline and revenue
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene, activity tracking, and customer notes

- You take on increasing ownership as you learn the platform and customer workflows
