About Craniometrix

Alzheimer’s is tough. And while there is no cure, getting help should be 100x easier than it is today. We’ve raised over $6 million to solve that problem.

When someone is going through the disease, there are many different things they need help with (i.e. memory issues, depression, fall risk, safety in the home, etc). The primary person responsible for that care is one of the patient’s loved ones – usually a child or a spouse.

That’s a really difficult thing for the loved one to do. It’s stressful, time consuming, and difficult. If we can make their lives easier, we can not only improve their experience but also create better patient outcomes.

We’re building the world’s first one-stop-shop care platform for Alzheimer’s, starting by optimizing the care monitoring, management, and intervention processes.

About the role

Dementia is tough – but it can be easier. Turns out, if you give families the right non-clinical coaching and support, you can avoid 30% of hospitalizations for these patients. And Medicare has recently started paying for that coaching.

Craniometrix launched our care navigation service for dementia patients in July of 2025, hit $4M of ARR, and just raised a $15M Series A.

We are looking for a healthcare operator with experience at an early-stage high-growth startup to lead our fast-growing Care Navigation team.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee day to day operations and performance of our care navigation, support line, and respite functions.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of care navigators.
  • Build scalable systems and processes to effectively manage the department, its objectives and its team.
  • Ensure compliance with all Medicare, federal and state regulations for our programs.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to build a roadmap for care navigation.
  • Scale new models of care for our families including education, peer support and personalized content.

Who you are

  • An experienced healthcare operator with 8+ years of experience and 4+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience managing a remote clinical operations or care delivery function.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
  • Obsessed with delivering high-quality care and building an exceptional place to work.
  • Operationally focused but able to look at a problem from multiple perspectives - people, product, compliance, and finance will be part of your day to day.
