Marketing and Content Lead — NOX METALS

NOX METALS is building the modern metals service center. We are vertically integrated, software driven, and committed to reindustrializing America by supplying aluminum and steel to manufacturers with speed, precision, and exceptional service. Our mission is to rebuild America’s industrial base by making metal supply faster, smarter, and dramatically more efficient.

We are hiring a Marketing and Content Lead to own how NOX METALS shows up to the world. This role is for someone who lives online, thinks in content, and wants to tell the story of real factories, real machines, and real American manufacturing. You will work closely with the CEO and be embedded directly in the factory to capture and ship content daily. This is not a brand manager role. This is a builder role.

What You Will Do

This role is hands on and execution focused. Responsibilities include

• Owning NOX METALS content across platforms including X LinkedIn newsletter and website

• Creating daily short form content including factory videos machine clips shipping shots and behind the scenes moments

• Producing longer form content including written posts newsletters explainers and founder driven narratives

• Capturing photo and video content directly in the Detroit facility

• Helping define and refine NOX METALS voice tone and messaging around reindustrialization speed and execution

• Supporting hiring and recruiting content including job posts culture content and team growth storytelling

• Working directly with the CEO to turn ideas observations and raw thoughts into shipped content

• Tracking what works doubling down and iterating quickly

At Nox Metals, we build software that controls how metal moves through a factory. Quoting, scheduling, cutting, and shipping are all handled through code. We use AI to automate repetitive tasks like cut planning, inventory picking, and quality checks to turn hours of manual work into seconds.

Our stack includes React, Next.js, Python, Firebase, and Supabase. We also work with CAD tools and optimization logic. You’ll build tools that directly impact real-world operations and help manufacturers get metal faster.
