What is tax consulting? Good question. Tax consultants are tax experts that analyze one or two numbers that go on a company's tax return. For example, the R&D tax credit. The rules for the R&D tax credit are very complex and most accountants do not have the expertise to compute the credit. So a company will hire a tax expert to compute the R&D tax credit for the company. That's tax consulting.

About the role

Sales Operations Associate

Location: This position is remote requiring Pacific Time working hours with preference to candidates located in Los Angeles or Orange County.   

Who we are looking for:  

  • 2-4+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.  
  • 1+ years of being client facing in some capacity, with the ability to engage with clients and prospects to deliver exceptional service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.  
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Docusign.    
  • Exceptional organizations skills with the ability to multitask effortlessly while maintaining keen attention to detail.    
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, paired with a polished and professional presence that leaves a lasting impression.   
  • A self-motivated innovator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an eagerness to make an impactful contribution to the Sales organization.

What you’ll be doing:  

  • Keep Salesforce records, client databases, and sales reports meticulously up-to-day ensuring data accuracy and clear visibility for informed decision-making.   
  • Provide essential daily support to the Sales team, expertly managing meeting schedules, calendars, and preparing compelling sales materials that drive results.   
  • Nurture leads by proactively following up with potential clients through phone, email and CRM tools by maintaining momentum and building strong relationships.   
  • Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations, and sales collaterals that showcase SPRX’s value.   
  • Monitor sales metrics, generate insightful performance reports, and support forecasting to keep leadership informed.  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization, and constantly seek innovative ways to improve processes, tools and workflows to drive efficiency to empower the Sales team to succeed.
