You’ll own the product vision, roadmap, and execution — translating complex financial systems into simple, reliable, and scalable experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Own and shape the product strategy for Slash — from vision to execution.

• Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, and ops to ship secure, lightning-fast products across ACH, card, and digital assets.

• Drive product planning, prioritization, and release cycles that keep the team focused and moving fast.

• Partner with leadership to define success metrics, elevate merchant experiences, and guide data-driven decisions.

• Building out our enterprise finance features: Bill pay, invoicing, AR/AP aging reports, reimbursement

• Internal tools: product applications, transaction monitoring

• Core banking features: mobile app, Slack bot, etc.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech.

• Current/Former - Founders or Co-Founders with proven success, entrepreneurial mindset, builder mentality preferred.

• Experience building financial or developer platforms (ACH, card processing, crypto, and more).

• Strong grasp of API-first product design, payments architecture, and merchant workflows.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across multiple departments.

• Ability to thrive with attention to detail, in fast-moving startup environments.
