Who We’re Building For (ICP)

First-time homebuyers and upwardly mobile professionals, typically 25–40, tech-savvy, and data-driven. They’re engineers, doctors, and designers, people who want to do it right and feel confident every step of the way. They’re anxious, high-performing, and seek transparency, expertise, and emotional reassurance in a process that’s historically opaque. Your work will shape how this audience discovers, engages with, and ultimately trusts Modern Realty. Every experiment brings us closer to a frictionless home-buying journey.

What You’ll Do

At Modern Realty, every team member can propose an experiment, you’ll help shape the hypotheses, contribute your own ideas, and turn them into live A/B tests, ensuring every insight is backed by data and speed. Hypothesis → Launch → Measure → Iterate.

  • Design and run channel experiments (paid, organic, SMS, referral, social, and partnerships) to validate what drives qualified clients.
  • Test and refine offers (fast-close, AI home search, lender integrations, instant CMA, etc.) that resonate with our ICP.
  • Collaborate with engineering to spin up lightweight landing pages, onboarding flows, and automations for rapid testing.
  • Translate insights into product features, working with design and product to make winning offers part of the core experience.

Must-Haves

  • Background in consumer product experimentation or marketplace growth.
  • Proven ability to design, launch, and analyze growth experiments across multiple consumer channels (paid, organic, referral, SMS, social, partnerships).
  • Strong grasp of analytics and attribution. Skilled at turning ideas into structured A/B tests with measurable outcomes; you can take a hypothesis from brainstorm to live test the same day.
  • Deep curiosity about human behavior, why people buy, what builds trust, and how to design experiences that feel inevitable.
  • Excellent communication skills; you make data and insights understandable, actionable, and inspiring.
  • You take the work seriously and aim for excellence, but bring energy, creativity, and zero pretense—we work a lot, move fast, but have fun doing it.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in proptech, fintech, or other high-trust consumer verticals.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven experiences or automated funnels.
  • Experience shaping offer strategy or consumer messaging for high-consideration purchases.
  • Previous startup or early-stage growth experience where you’ve worn multiple hats.

  • Backend AI, typescript role
  • Collaborate with the CEO/CTO to design, develop, and implement key features of our AI realtor platform.
  • Design AI prompts for messaging and deal automation flows (texts and emails).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
